This site exists to help foreign families in Hoi An find and contact Trang for childcare and household help. Using the site is free; the services Trang provides are paid hourly and arranged directly between Trang and the family.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when Trang replies confirming the date, time, and rate. If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as you can. Same-day cancellations may be charged at Trang's discretion, particularly for evening or overnight bookings.
Payment
Rates are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and paid in cash at the end of each session unless agreed otherwise. Out-of-town bookings include travel arrangements quoted in advance.
Safety
Trang is CPR-certified and takes the safety of your children seriously. Please share any allergies, medical conditions, or important household rules in advance.
Photos
Photos on this site are shared with permission. If a photo of your child appears and you'd like it removed, message Trang and it will be taken down promptly.
